Reflexology £60 (1 hour consult, treatment & aftercare)

This is a special pressure technique applied to the feet or hands. The body is divided into 10 zones or energy channels, which run the length of the body from head to toe.

There are 5 zones located on each foot and within these are reflex points, which correspond to the organs and structures of the body. Toxins can build up around these points, causing blockages in the energy pathways. When this happens, disorders and disease may occur. Reflexology’s primary aim is to enhance the energy flow in the body, encouraging all of the body’s systems to work in harmony. It is a non-invasive and safe therapy suitable for all, except those in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Reiki £60 (1 hour consult, treatment & aftercare)

This is an ancient Japanese healing therapy. The word Reiki means life force energy and this is a healing energy. When a Reiki treatment is received, it activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself by releasing blocked energies. It is a wonderful, rebalancing treatment. Reiki is a non-invasive therapy and is suitable for all, except those with diabetes or a pacemaker.

Hopi Ear Candling (Thermo Auricular Therapy) £60 (1 hour consult, treatment & aftercare)

Hopi Ear Candling is an ancient therapy passed down to us by The Hopi people, the oldest Pueblo tribe. Ear candles made with organic ingredients are gently inserted into the ear; this procedure is painless and lasts for approximately 10-12 minutes for each ear. As the candle burns, warmth and vibration are produced, which massages the eardrum, this action regulates the pressure system, stimulates blood circulation and boosts immunity. Once the candles have been removed, a facial massage is performed to assist the draining of the sinuses and lymph glands. This treatment is suitable for all, except those with grommets fitted, perforated ear drums or current ear infections.
